By using this sandbox, you agree to the following terms:
- VTEX will not be liable for any issues that may arise during your use of the sandbox. We do not guarantee any minimum service level agreement (SLA) for the sandbox environment.
- You cannot make your project go live during the use of the sandbox. If you decide to move forward with our services after testing in the sandbox, you will need to sign a formal agreement with us.
- Please do not include any personal data in the sandbox environment. This is for your protection as well as the protection of our other users.
- The duration of the sandbox is 3 months. Once the sandbox period ends, your access to the sandbox environment will be suspended. We hope that by then, you will have decided to enter into a formal agreement with us and become a valued client.
