The Master Partner Agreement is a contract that establishes the general terms and conditions for a commercial partnership between VTEX and the partner. This Agreement aims to regulate the partner's participation in the VTEX Partnership Program.
SLA Agreements
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a policy that governs the use of the VTEX ecommerce platform (VTEX COMMERCE) under the terms of the agreement executed between VTEX and the Contracting Party.
End User License Agreement
The End-User License Agreement is a contract that regulates the use of the software provided by VTEX. It explains several topics, such as: the ownership of the software; the granting of the software license; what can and cannot be done with the software; VTEX's rights over the software; how users' data will be processed; and VTEX's liabilities when clients use the software.
