These industry leaders will provide invaluable guidance and expertise as VTEX continues to expand its presence and impact in the North American market.

The newly appointed members of the VTEX Strategic Advisory Board include:

- Andrea K. Leigh is a former Amazon executive and a recognized expert in ecommerce and digital retail. She brings a wealth of experience in driving growth and innovation in the online marketplace. Leigh will provide strategic insights on market trends, customer acquisition, and platform optimization.

- Bob Dechant is the CEO of Advanced Group, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing solutions. With a strong background in business strategy and operations, Dechant will advise VTEX on organizational development, talent management, and scaling for growth.

- John Rossman is a former Amazon executive who played a key role in launching and scaling the Amazon Marketplace. He is a leading authority on digital disruption and platform business models. Rossman will offer guidance on platform strategy, ecosystem development, and competitive positioning.

- Cristina Mazzucchelli is a successful leader of brand and business transformations. She brings 25 years of experience as CEO, CMO, and Divisional GM for brands like Guess Inc., TOMS Shoes, American Apparel, and Modcloth, coupled with her tenure at The Boston Consulting Group. Mazzucchelli's contributions focus on strategy development, scaling consumer brands, go-to-market, and strategic M&A: she will be critical in navigating the complexities of the North American market.

- Jean-Michel Kientzbrings significant experience from the luxury goods, fashion, and beauty sector, having spent time as CIO with LVMH (parent company to brands like Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Tiffany's), Fast Retailing (Parent company to UNIQLO and Theory), and The Estée Lauder Companies. Kientz currently serves as CTO for Harbor Freight Tools and specializes in omnichannel customer journeys, online digital solutions, data and analytics, cloud technologies, and customer service and fulfillment processes.

The newly appointed members will work closely with VTEX leadership to provide strategic counsel on expansion, product marketing, sales strategies, and other crucial matters. They will participate in bi-annual meetings and advisory calls to ensure continued success in North America.
